This Seattle Parks and Recreation project, which borders Crown Hill and the North Beach/Blue Ridge neighborhoods of Seattle, is a 5.4-acre redevelopment of the 10-acre park to replace the central natural turf field with an illuminated synthetic multi-sport turf field, with separate facilities for little league and softball.

The development further includes walkways, stairs, batting cage, storage building, accessible parking, renovation of the existing public restroom, power, water, sewer and drainage improvements. Ethos Civil provided detailed grading design for new and replaced accessible walkways and plazas with circulation for the field and accessible connections to the remainder of the park and public sidewalk, with an emphasis on constructability. Stormwater will be managed with bioretention cells to meet low impact development and water quality standards; these facilities also provide a low cost solution for construction and long term maintenance. Portions of the park will remain open for use by the public during construction, which is scheduled for completion in 2025.
