Ethos Civil provided civil engineering services for the SeaMar Medical-Dental Clinic, a two-story, 11,000 square-foot medical-dental facility that will provide quality healthcare to primarily minority residents on Vashon Island. The 0.5-acre site will be redeveloped to accommodate the new facility with the new parking lot being a mix of retained asphalt and new permeable paving. Extensive use of low impact development techniques will contribute to this anticipated LEED Silver building. The permit applications for this project are currently being reviewed by King County. Construction is anticipated to start in 2024.
