Poulsbo Fire Station 76

The Poulsbo Fire Station 76 project is a new 6,700 square-foot fire station with three apparatus bays, sleeper units, offices, and supporting spaces. Site development includes a drive aisle for emergency vehicles, a parking lot, frontage improvements, utility services, and a stormwater rain garden and dispersion trench. The project site is encumbered by a stream with a 200ft buffer and steep slopes. This project will be delivered using the design-build methodology, with TRICO Companies serving as the general contractor and Carletti Architects serving as the architect.
