Site amenities include a greenhouse, salmon hatchery, smokehouse, outdoor kitchen, synthetic turf playfield, parking lot with 140 parking stalls, and two playgrounds. Site challenges include a very steep site, wetlands, and streams. The school campus is set to open mid-2027.
