Lochleven Townhomes

This project includes the redevelopment of 15,604 sqft site with seven townhome residential units across two buildings with attached garages.  Ethos Civil developed a stormwater design to keep the project below the threshold for detention and worked closely with the city review director and staff to communicate how the design meets city code. This approach saved construction costs and secured the number of townhome units proposed.
