I - 5 Secret Creek Fish Passage

This project will replace two existing fish barrier culvert crossings on I-5 and Pacific Highway at Secret Creek with three fish passable structures. The project will also include reconstruction of the creek channel through the entire length of the I-5 median section between the two crossings. Ethos Civil provided civil engineering services including stormwater management design, temporary erosion and sedimentation control, and utility coordination. This project involved close coordination with the contractor, design team, WSDOT, and four utility purveyors.
