The Grass Valley Industrial Plat fills an important need for various size commercial/industrial lots in the Missoula, Montana area. Ethos Civil led this project through preliminary plat, permitting, final plat, and construction phase services. The project provides 19 new lots, varying in size from 0.8 acres to 3.0 acres. Each lot has paved access and full utility service.
Ethos Civil designed new roadways, water, sewer, and storm conveyance systems as well as coordinated the joint utility trench for all franchise utilities. The sewer system was extended from existing City of Missoula sewer. A completely new water system was designed for the project. The system includes a new water well, a 500,000-gallon water tank, and a booster pump system that provides domestic flows and fire flows. The water system will be conveyed to a newly created public utility district and will form the backbone of a regional water system for the area.
