Donald Eismann Elementary School Turf Field and Parking

The Donald Eismann Elementary School project involved converting an existing natural turf field on a 14-acre campus into a large, multi-purpose synthetic turf field. It also added a pedestrian path around the field perimeter, Musco field lighting, a new little league backstop, and parking lot revisions that increased parking capacity and improved queueing.

Ethos Civil was the prime consultant and provided preliminary design, permitting, bidding, and construction administration services. The civil design included temporary erosion and sedimentation control, demolition, grading, paving and horizontal control. It also included a storm drainage design that met the current regulations and tied into the existing on-site system served by the Tehaleh community’s regional stormwater facility.
