The Consejo Counseling Center serves the Graham and Unincorporated Pierce County community by providing award-winning outpatient behavioral health care, trauma-informed case, and supportive transitional housing.
Ethos Civil provided civil engineering design, permitting, and construction support services on an existing commercial site. Located outside the Urban Growth Area and along WSDOT frontage, the project required coordination with Pierce County, Washington Water, WSDOT and the septic designer to address utility availability, stormwater management, and permitting requirements.
Ethos Civil coordinated closely with the owner, architect, and project team throughout design and permitting to develop a complete civil engineering package. Services included site grading, drainage design, low impact development (LID) features, erosion and sediment control, water service design, paving and site layout, and preparation of a stormwater report. The team worked collaboratively with Pierce County and Washington Water to address agency review comments and obtain permit approvals.
Weddermann Architecture was the project architect.
