This eight-story project is located in the historic Stadium District in Tacoma. The building will contain six levels of residential apartments and two stories of parking. The project will include roughly 157,000 square feet of development and 147 apartments. The building will include a rooftop deck with spectacular views of Commencement Bay and the Cascade Mountains.
Ethos Civil designed frontage improvements on three sides of the new building, allowing for enhanced pedestrian connectivity. The design will also include curb bulb-outs on Tacoma Avenue to provide traffic calming, pedestrian safety, and extending ADA access. The design also provides upgraded utility service including water, sewer, and storm.
